SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and fulfillment. In the event that some orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped.

ambedo is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact info@ambedo.cc and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.


MADE TO ORDER / PRE-ORDERS 

If the item has made to order marked in the description, the item will ship once stock becomes available. Made to order / pre-order items usually take 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking once it has been shipped. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays. Made to order products are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.


REFUNDS

Refunds for non made to order items are accepted within 24 hours after purchase. After the 24 hour window closes, your item(s) will be marked as final sale.
